I've only been to Warmsprings for spa services and they are great! Emilee was my massage therapist and really worked out the knots in my upper back!! Only a small complaint. The front desk girls seem kind of dumb. I don't mean that meanly, they just don't seem too keen on actual customer service. When they ask about how things went or how your day was it sounds like its forced, not that they're truly interested. And they really should ask if you want to schedule an upcoming appoinent, since that's kind of the whole business!
