I was looking for an agent to write a contract on a home that I had found myself, I called Century 21 Caldwell Realty and the real estate agent I spoke to was so snotty and rude that she stated she didn't have time to write up a contact on such a small transaction.
The home was for my son who is a first time buyer and I was paying cash.
I couldn't believe how rude she was and I would never deal with this company ever again.
I found a very nice real estate company in Hot Springs Village who was more than willing to write the contract for me.
If only this lady knew how much business she lost by being so rude and snotty.
I would NOT recommend this company at ALL!!
