I was tired, I was stiff, I was pregnant. I didn't ask my doctor if it was okay to get a massage while on bedrest, but I just went ahead for it.
I got there, they signed me in, took me to a room, very relaxing. They then gave me a pregnancy pillow for my body to rest on so my tummy would fall into the hole of the pillow when I'm on my stomach. This lady was strong, although she didn't look that way on the outside.
Not only was it a great massage, they also have me a bottle of water to cleanse my body off of the toxins after a massage and they also added an extra 10 minutes or so to the massage.
I had a great experience there, and when I'm needing another full body massage, I'll definitely go there again. Highly recommended!!
