After 66 years in the Seattle area, 24 years in my Redmond condo, I was ready to move out of state to be closer to my children when I was taken aback to learn my condo was under water.
Kim Meyer exceeded my expectations. She kept the bank negotiations going, kept me informed, assisted me with difficult paperwork and always responded to my emails, texts, phone calls promptly. I left my condo in her hands, moved to Austin while she continued working to get the unit sold. We closed the day my grand daughter was born. Two amazing gifts in one day. I couldn't have gotten through the short sale dilemma without Kim Meyer.
