I think it is very important for me to write this review because I rarely do, and I had the worst car wash experience this past weekend. I usually take my car to Aventura's Finest Hand Car Wash (to both locations-- Aventura and Hallandale). In the past I have experienced a few nuisances, for lack of better words, with this car wash, like missing a rug place mat. However, this past weekend I took my car to the Hallandale location for a wash, and of course they take over an hour to get it cleaned (don't even get me started on how poorly they clean these cars). Anyways, I really do not car about the quality of the cleanness since it is so convenient for me to drop my car off and do some shopping. What really disturbs me about this car wash is that they dinged my car, and they did not take blame for it. My car is brand new with less than a 1,000 miles, and they are telling me that the ding was already there--- really?!? To top it off, the ding must've been recent because it had some paint color other than my car's (which they immediately removed after I told them). To make this long story short, I had to call the police and file a police report. A piece of advice that I would give you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH unless you want poor quality service and run the risk of having your vehicle being damaged!
