I called and setup an appointment and was given the time between 12-2 which wasn't bad I have hired others and was given a 4 hour arrival time in the past anyways he showed up at 12:25pm was pretty impressed I mean how many of us have waited for an appointment and not even a phone call so very happy they showed up on time. Replaced my water heater I felt the price was fair and it is by far better than my last one by 5x did a fantastic job it was a rainy day and was impressed they wore shoe covers ( Another problem i have had in past mud being dragged in) so them being very clean and neat really impressed me the reason for the 4 stars instead of five was they were supposed to call me 30 mins before coming out and only called 15 mins ahead they did wait for me very grateful would recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to do business with.
