I would never use this facility again. They are more worried about quantity than quality. When I received my dog in the wooden urn that I had ordered with in graving, the in graving was the same color as the box. The zip tie around the bag which held his ashes was broke. Thank God I did not drop them. When I called the man name John he acted like he could of cared less. They did fix the problem with the wooden box. However they did not think they should comp me anything for the way I received my dog. Not to mention the bag was cut so on even, it looked like a mountain slope. Paws and remember should differently hire more staff if they can not provide excellent quality, they only have 2 guys that work there. I received the ashes 2 days later than I was promised as well. Please make sure you don't go there if you want quality.
