Review content:
I took original part for gas fireplace in for replacement. They gave me one and said it was the same and would work. The threads were off 32nd of an inch so it was not apparent to me when installing that it was wrong. Ultimately I broke it trying to install it based on the idea it was the right size and just needed to go in at the right angle. I called, told them what happened and that I had checked the size and it was wrong. I also told them I didn't think it was fair for it to cost them money but since I relied on their expertise would they be willing to only charge me their cost or discount the retail price I had paid. Their response was if I bought another one they would try to do something on the price of the second one.
