If I could give them zero I would. You never know if a machine is going to work or not until after it has taken funds off your card. At least half the time it doesn't. More than half the machines in our laundry room are routinely out of order. A few months ago they installed new machines (and jacked up the rates). I was hopeful that the service might be better. No such luck. Some of the machines have never worked since they were installed and half of the other machines are regularly out of order.
