Wow! If you are having a plumbing problem, this is the place to call. I operate a small family business in South Philadelphia. . we were having a pretty big plumbing issue and were not able to get a plumber out any time soon to resolve the epic clog....that was until we called RotoRooter, and I'm so glad we did!
When I called, someone actually answered the phone! I wasn't talking to a machine prompting me to press one then seven then jump through a hoop of fire, just a person, who said hello and was pleasant!
It gets better....this lovely woman on the phone said she was able to send someone out RIGHT AWAY!! Literally, within one hour of me calling!
Great right?! IT GETS EVEN BETTER!!

Mike was the name of the gentleman that took care of us. . and I mean that! From the moment he arrived, he was committed to helping us solve our problem and get back to business as usual. Not only was he professional and thorough, but he explained every detail of the project to us, and even helped us clean up after!
As a small family owned and operated business owner, I value highly professional, efficient services but what is more important is that he did it with a smile on his face and with a very likable personality.
