Review content:
Horrible experience! Go elsewhere! I stopped in exactly one week ago to schedule an appointment in person, double confirming it verbally with Aaron and storing it in my phone before waking out of the lobby. Went back today and was told they had no record of my appointment. The female clerk was unapologetic about the office losing my appointment, but told me they could still get me in due to a few cancellations.
I sat in the lobby and waited while the lady who came in right after me went back immediately (I assume they had a record of her appointment). After about 15 minutes a man called me back to the area where they test for glaucoma and measure your eyes. I sat down, he dimmed the lights and was just about to start the exam when a female employee and the female patient came up behind me. The employee said, "She (her patient) was here first." I was asked to leave the exam area, I couldn't believe it! At that point I walked to the lobby, removed my coat from the rack and told the man I was leaving. My husband and have spent approximately $1000 at this office in the past. They have lost our business and I discourage others from patronizing this business!
