Only gave it a 1 because I do not think it would accept a 0! What a joke, if you need to see a doctor do NOT go to this practice for any reason. You will be better off going to any quack doctor you can find. Why,... yes, you will have to wait for over an hour+ every time just to see a nurse practitioner??? Why would anyone want to pay good money, wait over 1 hour, and you had an appointment on top of it. If you go to get a blood test, expect to be humiliated and wait a hour even though you were the 2nd person in line when the doors open up at 8:00 A.M. to let patients in the waiting room??? People that arrived 20 minutes after you will be attended to first. The list goes on.... Expect to spend time with billing because even though you were a patient for the past 5 YEARS, they will still NOT understand how to bill you for that visit. And if they owe you money, expect to have to fight them for it. The list goes on..., if you call to request a refill for a prescription that you need, expect to wait 10 minutes on hold and then your call will be dropped, your only option would be to call back and wait another 10 minutes, and hope that call will not be lost. After calling you still will have to wait 3-4 days and HOPE they sent the request to the doctor to be approved, because they will not call you back to tell you that your script is ready. I have talked with over 20 people in my home town of Castroville TX and they all agree. Your health is worth more than being humilated by these people, and you have to PAY for it! If there were another clinic in this small town, I am sure that things would change. I would love to charge them for the time spent waiting on numberous visits, to see only a NURSE PRACTIONER. Some one is getting RICH at our cost's. Do your self a favor and drive 15 minutes more, closer to city of San Antonio, and see a real Doctor. It may put you out initially, but you will thank me in the long run! NEVER AGIAN WILL I, AND MANY OF MY FRIENDS GO TO THIS PRACTICE. On the other hand, if you feel lucky..
