I called Superor after having another carpet cleaning company in my home. The competitor left several spots and stated they could get them out. Superior came in an explained different types of stains and said he felt certain he could remove the stain. I asked if there would be added charges because he would need to pretreat, and he said "no,, that these stains where routine spills and he would be able to take care of them". I was so pleased when he finished and he took me around to inspect the areas and the stains where completely gone!!! My carpet is light and the stains were dark so after the "Other" said they could be removed I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet. Thank you Superior carpet care!!
