Just got my first cut + style at Aveda Salon a few days ago. Front desk and my hairstylist were welcoming and friendly, which is a big thumbs up for me. I had straight long hair that went down past my shoulder blades, and I wanted it all the way cut to a short spiky bob. Once I finalized all my preferred lengths, she went right to shampooing, a nice arm massage, then the cut. Overall result was identical to the hairstyle photo I printed online for her. Very happy with my new look, and will definitely come back!
