I mostly enjoy coming to the salon. However, after the last visit I left feeling a little less enthusiastic about the establishment. While waiting for my styllist I witnessed the front desk staff treat a customer rudely. The customer was just trying to discuss appointments and the receptionists were irritated that she interupted their personal conversation. when the customer left they made fun of her and made faces at her. Other than that my stylist was wonderful as always and my hair came out great! I do enjoy all the little things you do, it makes it worth paying the $200..
