Rape Crisis Abuse Prevention Council of Cleveland County Hot line is not a toll free number. But at least if you are local or have a cell, this might come in handy. I hope not unless you are calling for information on how to help them financially or otherwise. The number is 704-481-0043.
They set up this hotline for rape victims, to try and talk with them and encourage them to get the police involved or maybe just talk if the police is already involved. They encourage victims to get counseling face to face. If someone calls and says they are thinking about raping someone, they will also encourage them to get help.
This is definately a phone number that should be publicized more.
