Review content:
Cleveland County Memorial Library is located at 104 Howie Drive in Shelby, North Carolina. It is the main branch. There are two other branches in Cleveland County. They have free Internet, and that is nice if you need to check your email or do something online while there. There is a limit of 30 minutes at a time but you can stay there as long as you wish until someone else comes and wants the computer. That is nice. Some of the clerks are nice, and some I just don't care for. One accused me for lying and said she was notating it on my account and typed for what seemed like hours! LOL
