Review content:
I went in to have my drivers side door panel replaced because a mechanic broke it. It took over 5 months to get the door panel into your shop. In the mean time I came in for an oil change and was told there would be no charge because of the inconvenience of the door panel. When I had the panel finally installed I was told I had to pay for the oil change. How is it that you can be so inconsiderate? One day I am told there is NO charge and then a few weeks later I am told to pay for that very same thing. I am not very happy with the service I have received lately and I am considering finding a new shop to go to. I may even consider going back to Phila. to a mechanic that I know will treat me better and who will stand by what they say.
