This is not a formal complaint, just a comment (since you asked). Faith and I both were more sore after our appt yesterday than usual. The first assistant that applied the paste was a little rough and caused scrapes on my gums which the 2nd asst. noticed and assumed I ate something sharp. The proceedure was slightly painful when she slipped off the tooth and landed on the gums, but I don't want to complain because she was thorough. This is just a comment and I can ask her to be more gentle myself on my next visit.
