Review content:
Howard's is full of many businesses rolled into one. There is a JC Penney Catalog Merchant, and Western Union to name a few. If you are elderly and live in the area you will get FREE delivery. They have a site online you can order from and UPS will delivery it right to your door. I have found it convenient to pay my light bill, rent a movie, pick up my prescription, and my catalog order. The pharmacists are the owners who are more than willing to take a minute to speak with you.
