I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and was shocked to find out wheat is in all of my hair care products. I called Simple Scissors and scheduled an appt because I had researched that certain Aveda products did not contain wheat. They also have lotions etc that are gluten free.During my appointment they used all gluten free products and recommended to me what I could use. I had a fabulous haircut and great service. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I appreciated that they were learning right along with me and did not make a big deal out of it but were eager to have that information also. SO....if you are gluten sensitive or have Celiac disease, you can use this salon! We are still working on whether hair color is an issue and they are researching that for me as well. Now that is customer service. I will be going back!
