I eat a lot of pizza; I prefer home-made but, when I go out, the big chains turn me off. In this their first year, Elias Pizza in Chichester has become my favorite order out pizza parlor. I am particularly fond of the white pizza they call "Greek" pizza. There are several unique combinations for pizzas. The crust is better than I have ever had in any national chain. In addition to super pizza, the grinders are top notch. They are toasted in the pizza oven and are made to order. Try the steak, mushroom and provolone cheese! I have had their steak tip dinner - the owner says it is his specialty. From the outside I did not expect as wide variety a menu as I found. Full meals are offered - Italian, American, and Greek. All this and a very reasonable price, too. Elias Pizza comes highly recommended.
