Melissa and Roman are the two people I have dealt with the most. All of the sales staff greet you with a smile when you walk in the door. No one hovers over you but, are willing to help with anything you need. If they don't have it they offer to check other stores for you, without you asking. They will even check on line for you. If it is available on line you can pay for it in the store and there is no shipping charge. If any item you purchased is marked down within fourteen days, just bring in the receipt and they will cheerfully give you a price adjustment. This is my favorite place to shop for my grandchildren. They always have something they like, and if they don't returning it is no problem.
