Review content:
The city of Hobart turns a blind eye to it's own codes and ordinance when pretaining to the foul odor that comes from this facilities. City refuses to do anything to help out it's own citizens when they request something to be done to control the rank odor. Mayor, Linda Buzinec, refuses to set up meeting to discuss complaints. Is this not her job? What she was elected to do as a mayor is to listen to all cocerns good or bad. She told me that she is too busy meetings to listen to me. I asked about setting up a meeting between her and I which she refused. She said there is nothing to discuss. Ruwaldt's Has had numerous complaints about the odor leaving their property, leaving life stock on trucks over night and maybe others. I can't get the information I have requested about all police calls to the facility, all USDA violations, city ordinance violations, all complaints filed within the city against this company and how many citations were given from the complaints. This information is to turned over at request due to the Freedom of Information Act. www.usdoj.gov/oip/
