Review content:
I saw this really cool awning over an outdoor seating area on a golf course in Carlisle. I found out from the Manager that Mid Penn Awnings installed it. After seeing Mid Penn's fabric awning "structure" on this restaurant, I ordered one myself and I am really glad I did. I did a lot of research and Mid Penn Awnings installs awnings that are better than anything else I've seen.. I am in a VERY windy spot. The wind blows umbrellas and even tables off of the deck. My deck is VERY big and I wanted to cover the whole thing, so when I have a party everybody is protected from rain or sun - even if it's windy. I also want the sun to come in the house in the winter and I DON'T want to look at some ugly pipe frame all winter. The Mid Penn Durasol GENNIUS awning is the only retractable awning I found that was built to handle the high winds I get on my deck. Now I have protection from rain and sun on my deck no matter how hard the wind blows. This is a huge awning on a pergola or a structure like a pergola. But unlike a pergola or any other retractable awning I've seen, It is a windproof retractable awning. It is also a waterproof retractable awning.. The pergola beams and rafters are also rain gutters and the columns are also downspouts. (By the way, It's also very handsome - you really have to check it out) Do yourself a favor. Before you invest in umbrellas, tents or old fashioned retractable or stationary awnings, check out this new awning from Mid Penn called a Durasol GENNIUS - You will be glad you did. It is really this simple - get aMid Penn awning and use your deck. Thank you to all of the people at Mid Penn for showing me how beautiful a big, strong, waterproof, retractable awning can be!
