I have been going to this location for quite some time now and usually it is a excellent experience but this time just about everything failed. 1.first service was a full face waxing - website says its $ 35.00 - I was charged $ 45.00 the associate did an excellent job and was pleasant and friendly. I would have her for this service again. I was just over charged. 1. My Manicure was supposed to be a "Restore" and I only got the basic service. We were at the end just before putting on the nail polish when I mentioned it to her. She apologized and that was fine. It's normal that I don't have to remind the associate because they check their calendar to see what services the client has requested. My pedicure was correct because I reminded her which one I had requested. It went just fine and I was pleased with the services. I mentioned I had received the wrong service and the cashier said she would take 20% off my next one. Which was fine. I will double check on the waxing because I didn't ask for anything extra. Overall it was a pleasant experience just a few glitches which won't cause me to not go back...I'll just make sure everyone knows what services I've asked for in the future. Thanks
