I'm not trying to be mean, I just think the salon owner should know that this service, for the quality of the job done, is way over priced. The nails were not very professionaly done.When I sat down I asked what the cost was and I was told $45.00. The girl who was first going to do my nails said she really didn't know how to do pink and white nails. I told her for $45.00 I really wanted to have someone who would do a good job. At no time did anyone tell me that it was an extra $10.00 to remove my old set AND and additional $5.00 for the gel. When I got to the counter to pay and my charge was $60.00 I was stunned. I love the salon and Kristen does a great job on my hair, but I will never get my nails done there again. I'm still upset with myself for paying so much to get my nails done which are the second worst set I've ever had. Donna was very kind and I appreciate that. Sincerely, Eileen
