Love my time there...as it is very relaxing with the calming hot tea and hand massages while waiting for the hair treatment. Kajani works her color magic, thank-God so I need to keep up those hair miracles! ;-) Also, I enjoy all the staff there and the pleasant front desk people as well. The comp make-up is also cool. I think the side perks, as well as the great colorists are the reasons why I so enjoy my time at KASS and keep returning. I love candles and so it is even super relaxing to go to the bathroom at KASS with the pleasant aromas and dim lights. I used to get the meaningful sprays to inhale, which I also enjoyed while having my hair treatment with massage. Thank-you for making customer care and ambience your forte!
