Went in for a wax with Ashley. She isn't the best - her technique is amateurish so when she pulls the strips it hurts more than it needs to. She also misses a lot of spots - reuses the strips so much they don't grab all the hairs. She doesn't go over it to see if she missed any hairs. She also seems really rushed which could contribute to the problem. I appreciate a quick service but not when it hurts, leaves lots of red blotches and bruising and misses so many hairs! At the end of the wax, she slaps on some cream and doesn't even boer to check to see if any wax is still stuck on your legs. In my case it was and I had to ask for a towel to wipe it off. I've been getting waxed for years and she's decidedly below average. But the worst part was the pressure to buy a facial. She does that every time even though I've told her I don't want one! Annoying and uncomfortable. I won't be going back.
