I am a single mother who saved for a long time to have my trees topped. Browns tree service gave me a good bid, so I set up an appointment. I took off work, to get three different times they would be there. Finally they show up, and then they have to eat lunch. They cut my trees, which they were going to take 20 feet off of a maple tree. I told them it wasn’t enough and that were agreed on 20 feet off the top. The owner was to come out and look at it, but all he did not show up of call. I told him his service only cut 8 to 10 feet, if that. All he had to do was look at it. He set up an appointment, I waited again. Then I called and he forgot about me. Money is had to come by, if you say you are going to do something it should be done right. If this is how Brown’s Tree Service does business I don’t want to deal with them.
