Review content:
The Regency is not your typical apartment complex - it is a step above the rest. It is a gated community, which provides you with a sense of security. Their apartments are unique in that they offer features like big windows, lofts, and balconies or decks. Their apartments come with washers and dryers. There is a fitness center on the premises and I gave up my gym membership because it was a great place to work out and close to home. The location is also great because it's right by 205. You will have to provide proof of your income in order to qualify for approval, and usually they require that your income is 2-3X what your rent would be.
