My vote is for Dr. Dmitry Epelboym as Best Dentist in the World!!! ...and The Cosmetic Dentistry Center as The Best Dental Office in the World!!! Seriously! From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with a sea of smiling faces at the front desk. Then when you are called by the Xray Tech, she also has a big smile just for you...Once my initial cleaning was done(again, by a warm and caring assistant), I was approached by the lovely office manager who discussed my procedure and assured me that Dr. Epelboym would take great care of me...what a special touch,she really made me feel confident on that first visit...Then I met Dr. Epelboym,the Smartest, the Best Smiling,Most Charming, Most Caring ,Most Skillful and PAINLESS Dentist EVER!!!
