Review content:
After two mornings in a row of going thru the drive thru to pick up breakfast for my family and receiving burnt almost black biscuits. I decided to give them a call, thinking maybe someone had wrapped them by mistake or did it as a prank. I asked for the mgr. This woman
"Kay" said she was the floor mgr, I explained how burnt the biscuits were, and that I thought maybe they had stayed to long in the oven, she said in a very southern drawal we cant make the biscuits the same everyday some customers dont like them browned at all , customers complain everyday that they are either too light or too dark they cant please everyone, they were training new biscuit people. And on both days I got biscuits their regular biscuit maker was out. No matter how I tried to let her how hard and burnt this biscuits were she did not get they were almost black. They should not have been sold or wrapped. I got no where and I felt she could really care less. I really liked to eat there until talking with her.
