If you haven't been to the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place recently, your missing out. They redesigned the hotel and Bar. Wow! comes to mind. It has an updated modern version in the lobby with chocolate being the color and the new Shore restaurant and the Mix Lounge with there new asian-modern style look is awesome. The Shore has your traditional Chicago favorite dishes, steak, seafood, pasta, great service and a great wine list for the wine enthusiast. The Mix Lounge has followed the trend with small plates as their signature(Tapas), rare tuna, rare beef, bruschetta, cheese flights. The service is always consistent and superb, friendly, professional and personal. I think the bartenders are exceptional when it come to making drinks and conversation along with the different personalities they have. This is definetly an over looked place I think because of it's location, but get down there and meet the people from the MIx Lounge.
