Review content:
I am extremely frustrated right now. Had a crown done on one tooth this past Thursday. Early that evening the partial came off. I called the office and someone answered - which surprised me...it was almost 5:30. She said that she would be the only one in the office on Friday and that no patients would be seen until this coming Tuesday. She was helpful in suggesting a repair kit that could be purchased at Walgree's. I got that and spent quite awhile trying to make it work. Finally, got the temporary back on but it came off again around bedtime. I have now given up and will wait until Tuesday to see Dr. Kesner. The remainder of the tooth is sensitive, of course, and it is very difficult to eat or drink. Guess I'll lose some wait by Tuesday. Part of the frustration is that we live in the country past Fulshear. So, it takes almost an hour to get to your office. It was too late to return to the office on Thursday night. I may try to find some kind of emergency dental place to have the cap replaced, but at this point I'm not sure if they would even intervene in someone else's work. My family has gone to Dr. Kesner for approximately 17 years and he is a friend, as well. So, I hate to change dentists. In spite of all this, I would still recommend him to people who are looking for a dentist.
