I would highly recommend this company. We were having problems with our air conditioning constantly cycling on and off and of course when they came to look at it, the problem stopped. The technician said he would write a note in our record so that the next time the problem happened, we would not be charged since he could not diagnose it the first time. In the span of about 3 months, he came in 3 times and for some reason every time, the problem stopped. Now it has gone away for good but I would call them again in a minute if/when it happens again. The technician took the time to explain to me several different reasons why we might be having trouble with the heat pump and many other companies would not take that time to help. Customer service is obviously important to Dick's Air Conditioning and Heating.
