I must note that my massage was excellent! I have not been to the Melbourne location in a long time and was kind of taken back by how it seems to have gone down a bit. For instance, no hook on the back of the handicap bathroom stall door. Dirty floors in the bathroom, trash on the floor and TP was almost out. I realize most of this is minor and could have been a timing issue. However, it was just an overall feel that the place is not being maintained like the Viera location is. I'm really glad that I use Viera mostly and I'm thankful you're open there. Again- my massage was wonderful! No complaints at all there.
