I had a negative experience with a hair colorist named Rene (I think). As I was describing what I wanted she rolled her eyes at me and claimed she had been doing hair color for 30 yrs. Not only did she choose a poor choice of color for me it didn't even color my gray. My gray (which no other colorist has had a problem with) was showing up in less than 2 weeks!!!Rene delivered me horrible service and some unhelpful attitude to go along with it. Who knows, maybe the hair color that they use there is not very effective in covering gray, but that still doesn't account for poor color choice. Viera chick
