Review content:
We went to their Spring sale and were pleased to find their mature tree selection was $50 off of the regular price. By going during the early bird sale we were able to save big $$ on a new tree for our landscape. It came with a 1 yr. warranty (replacement), well the tree died so we took it back, (flowering dogwood) they told us these were hard to grow in our area and suggested a red cherrychoker tree. We were glad they were offering to replace it at no cost but surprised to find out that they would no longer honor the guarantee for the new tree. I guess if it was the same type of tree I might understand but I totally disagree with this policy. In the future, I will shop for this type of item at Lowe's where they will guarantee even a second tree if it dies!
