Review content:
Like most people I get stressed out. A couple of years ago I decided to join a gym to work out the stress out of my system.
I have been an ongoing member for some time now at the Zone. I find their environment relaxed and their stafff is friendly.
They have aerobics classes, karate classes, yoga classes.
They also have a broad array of machines and free weights.
Showers are in the dressing/restrooms and lockers are provided.
Karate and Yoga classes, one must sign up with their respective instructors. Not part of the fee structure of the zone (extra).
And last but not least, the majority of others who work out will leave you alone while your doing your own things. Might even bump into someone you know and not seen in a while.
