Review content:
Have been here several times for facials, waxing, and haircut. The estheticians and stylists are fantastic and I'd recommend them all; I just wish the receptionists would be as professional, organized, and considerate. On my most recent visit, the receptionist was leaning on the counter, talking to a friend, and eyed me up and down as I walked in - not a friendly feeling. Slowly disconnected herself from her conversation before greeting me and getting me checked in. When I checked out, she started talking to someone else while processing my payment, and switched her attention almost completely over to them - handed me my card and receipt without making eye contact, didn't say thank you or goodbye, and walked off with the person she was talking to. Rude. I wish this had been unusual, unfortunately, it hasn't been, even though I've dealt with at least three different receptionists there.
