Brian, Dental appointments have been a drag for me since my first cavity filling as a kid. That filling was drilled without benefit of Novacaine or any other pain reliever. I was ten or eleven and had now hesitation to yell throughout the procedure. (I have often wondered what the other patients in his waiting room thought.) I had a couple of fillings resolved in that manner. Thankfully, the approach you use makes the experience very acceptable. Thank you! Karl Ritchey
