I have been a client of Dr. Richard Peyser's for over 10 years. I have had a lot of dental work done and have great trust in Dr. Richard Peyser. Recently, while Dr. Richard Peyser was on vacation, I made an appointment with Dr. Brian Peyser regarding a broken crown I had to address. The procedure was painless and effortless until the very end. It did not go smoothly due to the adhesive not bonding the temporary cap to my tooth. Dr. Brian tried 4 times, each time having to clean my tooth and the cap for the next try. Each time he was profusely apologetic and professional and concerned about my time in the chair and my comfort during the procedure. His positive attitude, his sense of humour, and his unwavering professionalism turned a dilemna into a problem-solving adventure. I am grateful he took the time to do it correctly and ensure the cap stayed put until I have the opportunity to return for the permanent crown. I highly recommend Dr. Richard and Brian Peyser for your family's dental needs.
