I am concerned with the last two visits to your shop. The first was when my wife brought in our tahoe to fix a multi function switch and you wanted nearly a thousand dollors to fix it. Well I got it fixed at a dealer for 325.00 with a new switch. Then my wife calls and said after getting the oil changed on our new truck you tell her that there is another thousand dollors worth of stuff that needs to be changed.I had her take it to the same dealer and ask if the things that you said were bad were and they told me no. You said that the reason the tire light comes on is because my ball joint was bad on that side. The funny thing is that when I took the same truck in to get an oil change 3000 miles prior to this one that my wife did just yesterday the 19th of March 2011 you never told me of any other problems. If this is the way you like to do business then you can rest assured that you will not get any more of mine. I think that it is really sad when you try and take advantage of women like that. I will be coming in to get the rest of my oil changes that my wife bought, the same special that I declined when I was there, you sold to my wife.
