I was highly disappointed with the recent servicing of my two vehicles. I've been going to the Louetta & TC Jester location for 2-3 years now, and I've always felt like they were honest and would take care of my vehicles. The "customer service" as not bad as I was treated courteously and taken care of as usual, however they forgot to rotate and balance my tires (purchase oil change & tire combo package), so I had to take it back right after I picked it up. They didn't change out my stick for my next oil change reminder. After working on my vehicle for about 5 hours on Saturday, my vehicle still wasn't ready by 7pm so they had to keep it until Monday to finish out the tune up. They delivered my vehicle to my wife at our home address, however it sounded like crap and not something I just paid $1,600 for. I cannot begin to express my disappointment and the unfortunate thing for us is that we've paid for 5 oil changes ahead of time for each of our vehicles so if we don't bring them back for this service ever again we'll have lost another $500. Hopefully someone will read this and care, and do something to make this right and regain a loyal customer's confidence.
