We listed our home with Mary Ellen Fruehan and she gave us some wonderful advice about how to update our home before putting on the market. We didn't follow all her advice, but after showing it several times and getting feedback from the potential buyers, we realized we should have taken her advice from the start. She really knows what she's talking about and has worked very hard for us. I can recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
