I've been getting haircuts at the Mode Salon in the Microsoft Commons for a while now and they provide excellent service. Everyone working there is both helpful and friendly and service is always delivered with a smile. I am always offered a beverage while I wait for my stylist, though that wait is practically nonexistant. The only downside is that they're a little costlier than other places but the staff, the convenience of the location (if you're a Microsoft employee) and the level of service make it more than worth it in my eyes. Definitely recommend this place!
