up an appointment just to trim off 1/2 inch across bottom and was told the only appt I could get for that day would cost me $55. OMG REALLY? The girl I spoke with was rude when I ask why so much for a trim? She never could answer that! On my 1st visit to Beleza I ask about same day appts bcuz I am an emergency on call nurse and my schedule is very hectic, in return I was told that I may have to wait but most likely could be worked in. I explained this to the little attitude on the phone, her reply was she could only set me up with a $32 trim for 3:30 the next day. I took the appt however, I was upset with her attitude so I called another salon "The Masters" exceptionally classy and friendly they would take me right in and it cost $32 I was very pleased with my cut!! After my trim I called Beleza and ask to cancel appt for the next day bcuz I am polite and would not want to display the rudeness that was so gracefully bestowed to me! WELL I was rudely informed there was no appt for me at 3:30 it was never set up! So I was LIED to? so what if I would have kept my appt and showed up? Unbelievable and SO unprofessional!
