I lived at Rosewood Apartments when I first moved to the area and was single. The office staff was very friendly to me and was able to get me into an apartment with only about a month's wait. The rent was higher than I had anticipated at the time, but that could be attributed to its proximity to Atlanta.
The apartments were very nice, kept updated and roomy. Mine had a fireplace, washer/dryer hookup, dishwasher, garbage disposal, deck with storage closet, a front coat closet, and walk in closet in the bedroom. Pets under a certain weight limit are allowed with a deposit.
The complex also has a swimming pool and exercise room as well as laundry facilities. There was lots of parking for residents as well as guests. It was a good place to live.
