Good: initial order was delivered within promised timeframe. Bad: website promises customer satisfaction, so when I was disappointed in how GREASY and disgusting the cheese flavor was, I called them. I was promised two free bags of a different flavor. Instead, I got an email for a %15 off coupon because they "changed their mind.". Improvements: I'd like to see a company with integrity, one that cares about customers. This one seems only interested in an initial purchase, not cultivating a long-term customer base. Go to Garretts instead!.
